At Ohouse, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth transition to their next home.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ohouse account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided to the exterior.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
